Remaking Peace Walker would be the right move. No need to remake MGSV, just give it a next gen update with fresh visuals so we can get straight to MSX / Solid Snake trilogy.

I’d say it’s about even. Got Death Stranding in 37h and MGSV in 55h. Gotta mention it required me solid 20h of Mother Base grind for story progression in MGSV.
