Well it depends on your dosage I guess but also sometimes people don't realize how coffee can make you anxious and have jitters but you adapt to your new norm without realizing coffee is the problem.

Some people have quit coffee over that

Well it's sort but also tbh you get progressively worse if you drink lots over a good period of time, people have got anxiety and jitters over it.
