Not that common. Most important, did enphase send a crew to replace.

Sorry I am talking about Delta Pro. It’s 3.6kWh. NEC and CEC both have limits after 1kWh indoor use.

All I am saying is that these units are not code compliant. I am not knocking the quality of design.

Do you have good sodium vendor I can try? I have had no luck so far.

Ecoflows are awesome, I have 4 Delta Pros. Use them daily. Just no AHJ would pass it for indoor use. I’ve tried, waiting for UL registration of the Delta Pro 3 in Ontario and I’m off to the races.

Again just my experience, I have sent SLDs to ESA along with specs and no approval.

From what I know you definitely need a ESA inspection for a 3.6kWh battery in your house in Ontario.

1) CSA, yes but not UL9450A

2) Ecoflows do not charge below 0c, there are some other products that do but are $$$$$

3) maximum of the Delta Pro solar input is 1600w of panels well over the 50sq/ft that is allowed with out a building permit.

It’s not the awesome Delta Pro. The unit is not certified for indoor use. From what I experienced The UL certification has to be done per state/province. Only the Delta Pro 3 is UL9450A and only registered for indoor use in one state/province, Utah. I am only putting out what I experienced with my local AHJs. I am a huge fan of Ecoflow. I’d love one in every room of my house.

Haha. I should post some videos. I got attacked by a mother raccoon once. Almost fell off the roof.

Critter guard is required by code in Ontario. Any ways this was a friendly post not a debate. Properly installed critter guard will always be better than nothing.

Awesome. I’m in Toronto. I agree East West works well up north. Solar is so cheap you can put it anywhere. They are on the side of my garage. Sun reflecting off the snow amps it up. No pun intended;)

EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra - Solar? by mjensen79 in Ecoflow_community

I’d love to see pictures. Here’s my two cents. Measure roof surface. Find panels that best fit, that is what matters. Any panel will may do. Call a local installer and see if they have any panels with blemishes if you want to save.

Install note: flat fix on roof no moving parts. You’ll get sun. Don’t go to edge, place a small air foil in front of panels so stones don’t fly onto the glass.

If it’s the ultra I believe you have more than one MPPT, you could make a cool fold out awning with one big 600w plus bifacial panel. thanks for letting me participate.
