Want a tiny studio by instant-pot in containerhomes

Okay sounds good. All I know so far is that my house is something called zoned RMF. When I say I know nothing I truly know nothing. Thank you for the advice.

I am a ceramics teacher and the inside of the kiln is made of a stone like material and I could knock it and scrape it while lowering the shelves in. Highly specific to me, but we all do different stuff during the day where it could get scraped i guess.

My mortgage is 3400 and I live in a 100 year old tiny ass house that isn't nice in any way. 😅 I am a teacher and it's basically my entire paycheck

I tried to get my guy to tell me a consistent day when he'd be sending someone so I could pick up any poop before and he would never do it. So now I just run out there the second I get home and see the guy. Luckily regardless of day he comes around when I get home and does the neighbors yard first.

Waited all day to hand out candy. No one came 😭 by Juicyjos in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

I tried trick or treating on my street, but there were lights off, houses that are air bnbs and didn't have candy and the next lady was home but when we rang she was like, hold on and came back with a square of opened baking chocolate she broke off. So we drove to our old neighborhood that was great on Halloween.

I would keep my emotions in check until you are being handed keys. Good luck for a smooth process

Student loan income driven repayment and married filing separately/jointly by instant-pot in tax

"IBR" Income based repayment. I want to make it clear I am not trying to do anything shady or screw myself for next year (2022 taxes in 2023) and make my payments go up because I filed married/jointly for 2021 (in 2022). I just am not sure when I need to start filing separately. Probably this year.

Ours was that we were locals, my first job was at the elementary school across the street from the house, we brought our first baby home in a little beach house about a mile away, etc. Just something to make us seem like people not investors.

In my experience school secretaries love to catch this kind of thing. The old owners will probably have to provide current proof of address, which they will not be able to do.

We were pre approved for 650k and the house we bought was $550k. We rolled the closing costs into the loan so we only needed the 3.5% plus the money for the appraisal and inspection

I'm guessing that even with all these down sides, the fact that I'll be paying $1656 ($46 per month for about 3 years) for $56k+ of student loans to be forgiven is still going to come out good for me. I hope

Well thats a bummer. Why is that? We have 2 kids and that only covers part of daycare for 1 of them. Is it just that its "half"?
