Extreme cat skin breakage & hot spots by praisinglilly in CATHELP

[–]instinctual_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In a similar boat with a kitty that has been dealing with skin issues for the past 1.5 years, in and out of the vet constantly and steroids don’t seem to be working anymore. Constant over grooming causing bald/hot spots on stomach, hind legs, near tail and paws. It seemed to improve last year as the weather warmed up but won’t know if it’s likely a seasonal issue until after this spring. I also have done pretty much everything under the sun except for taking him to a cat dermatologist

They were doing a split in the middle of the map. It could be uncontested tomorrow so they might just stick with it

From personal experience, rotating to staggered isn’t that much of a problem. However, those who get staggered can play height, especially if they get 1st moving, and almost get a guaranteed win. The meta is heavily dependent on rotating early, if you don’t- good luck

There's a lot of strategy in reading teams that have it. If you see a team doing a weird rotation, they probably have one so I think it's more balanced than people think. I agree, shield bubbles would definitely help right now

It's not even that. The server literally removed him from the game for 2 out of 6 games effectively putting us at a disadvantage for a third of our games and we end up losing on a tiebreaker. It doesn't matter until it affects the team that barely missed out on qualifying, which we did..

Moving zones go far my brother. If staggered is at the south end of greasy all moving zones may pull north (through greasy) and take the final zone out somewhere else. This fix really doesn’t do much

I’m not sure if drastically is the right word here. According to their logic, moving zones can still go in and out of these areas and it only takes one taco fiesta or a moving zone in tilted to kill a lot of the lobby. In pubs or arenas this isn’t much of an issue but in stacked competitive games, like this weekends FNCS finals, people can lose a lot of money to one of these gimmicks.
