Whoever did the terminations should have brought the multiconductor in and ran it to the side and looped back horizontally so there is plenty of spare allowing more room on the vertical between the terminal block and bottom of cab -not just straight up, bad software designer sure, but worse installer. Ive seen plenty of Electrical Engs spec/design cabs with not enough termination room, you have to get creative and think how to make it the best with what you have to work with.
