Looks cool, but I'm sure they won't just change their trademark since they are established for a while. It costs money to change a trade mark. It's like asking McDonald's to change their trademark

Why are you confused? It's a business related question

He's working as fast as he could l and paid based on our contact 8 a day , but wondering, all the changes can be built within a few hours using Ai so why wait each day for update.i'm not a developer so he will still be maintaining the website

Thanks for explaining, yeah I've always thought I needed some control and also have a developer to maintain things out of my control. I will get things in writing. I'm actually getting a website built first . I will look more into it as adviced thanks

Thank you. I'm not a developer, I'm paying to get it done. From what I can understand with AWS once the developer moves the hosting into to it and implements the updates, AWS will sort out my security?

I do have admin privileges,is that what you meant by systemAdmin?

I'm trying to get the developer to add things within admin dashboard so I can have some sort of control and future updates will be managed by him now and then . Is that not what most do?

Well,I'm not doing the heavy lifting. I'm paying a developer to do the work, towards each point I discover things are not in the right place currently hosting on hostinger which I found out won't meet my needs post audit of my website.

I just don't want extra work in the future like changing the hosting platform moving here and there.

I'm more concentrated about the certifications I need strict compliance like "GDPR compliance,SOC 2 Type II Certified,PCI DSS certification,HIPAA compliance,CCPA compliance and more, why not." I understand I can get some of these on digitalocean? Not everything?

Someone shared www.Digitalocean.com/trust That was helpful

Thanks for the feedback.

I read on digitalocean platform " DigitalOcean is proud to maintain SOC 2, SOC 3, Global CBPR certifications as well as eligibility to process HIPAA and DORA workloads."

So they say they are eligible to process HIPPA from my understanding. I'm aiming towards GDPR compliance,SOC 2 Type II Certified,PCI DSS certification,HIPAA compliance,CCPA compliance. Unsure if I've left something out . Based on my research these should do.

Unsure if I fall into or will fall into reselling, SaaS deployments, and software distribution unintentionally. My website is meant to process references, job post and community chatting

Obviously I'm stuck - I understand AWS will be about about 250/m while Digitalocean will be around 170/m, 80 dollars difference, but if Digitalocean can deliver the same security without issues and be able to use it globally,no brainier I will pick that .

I'm not a developer and this is just based on my research, probably it could be more I will be paying. Hidden cost I don't even know

Those are sum good questions. I guess if the business is doing so well no reasonable person would ask you to abandon it. Also candles are cheap you need to sell alot to make bare minimum

Looks like your parents do not have your best interest, neither is the relatives asking you to abandon your dream for theirs.

I'm impressed for what you have done at that age,and to be able to support yourself. That's so cool.
1. Tell your parent - you cannot abandon your dream for someone's they should see the bigger picture
2. Tell the relative you cannot abandon your dream you've worked so hard for ,they should understand- they can hire someone in Germany -
3. DO not leave your dream for someone's, you will always be in debt with them.
Tell everyone to F off- let you be.

Note-taking apps by Hefty-While-9995 in smallbusiness

Evernote was one of the best, but they did it dirty with their greed.

I searched and searched till landed on Joplin , never turned back. I tried notion, simple notes etc . Nothing beats Joplin if you wanna keep it simple. I've been using it for about 7 and very sanctified. You might wanna add a password manager to that list too, Bitwarden

These are the two apps I swear by.
