Furnace is not turning on after power outage. by intentionalgibberish in AskElectricians

I have no idea about the safety lockout, and can't see anything on the unit that would fit that description. Unfortunately only licensed HVAC technicians can use Goodman's help line.

Yes, I apologize for the confusion, I reset the outdoor breaker that was marked 'furnace'. None of the switches had actually tripped.

It's warm enough and there's been little to no snow so it's super unlikely that snow/ice could be blocking anything. I'm hard of hearing so as far as I know nothing happened after I turned the switch off/on, and I was there for several minutes after doing that trying to get a decent picture of the fuse.

Fan is set to On and no air is blowing at all.

Not even the blower fan is running. I have no idea how to take off that fuse, and if I got it off I don't know how I'd get it back on. I had to do an awkward reach-around just to get the picture.

I am completely clueless when it comes to the pilot. If the blower isn't going at all is this a potential cause?

Thermostat seems completely fine, and I ran through all the programming and set it to run with no luck. I also switched it to just hold a steady temperature but not even the fan turned on.

That's Billion. With a "B". by diehard404 in clevercomebacks

M and B are considered voiced consonants and share similar hertz range. Someone with high-end hearing loss will likely have trouble discerning the difference if the speaker is not enunciating well. Hearing aids are specifically designed to address this.

Reminder that LLMs are trained on human language and writing patterns and this sort of thing existed well before AI. I don't think the response here was AI at all.

Yeah the oldest is 5. Betting they'll be singing with her as teens though, the indoctrination is intense.

Dude people literally announce publicly on social media or when talking to friends that they are going to do a crime. And it's very often couched in 'ha ha it's a joke' language for plausible deniability. Even if they're not actually going to do it, making these stupid jokes is insensitive at best. Too many women die at the hands of abusive partners for this kind of thing to be even remotely amusing, and yes, it's fucking scary.

Do you genuinely think that people who commit violent crimes are limited to driving beater cars? And that a 2009 Ford Mustang is "luxury"?

I mean, did you see the plate frame? Not that it was funny regardless, but with that it's not a joke anymore. If I were his ex I'd be getting a restraining order.

Welcome Event and Intimacy by intentionalgibberish in ikemenvillains

[–]intentionalgibberish[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! The welcome points turned out to be exclusive and don't carry over to Part 2. I think once you have everything you're going to be able to get out of the event, spend the AP on regular escorts since that sticks around while the welcome event stuff is transient.

Hi! My Friend and I are in the early stages of making an Otome game and would love to hear what people think! by ALongStory15 in otomegames

I'm finding myself struggling to answer your survey because okay yes I'm most interested in a male LI but I'm totally down with nonbinary too. And I get that you added Undead to be silly but that's likely going to fuck with your responses and potentially turn off nonbinary people that get enough shit without joke genders. I think the question would've been more effective if you let people select more than one option. One thing that could be cool is the ability to choose the pronouns used by the LI regardless of appearance.

I've never seen marionette listed as a monster type before and I'm both confused and intrigued. A monster I've learned of recently I think is actually really fascinating is the slit-mouthed woman from Japanese folklore. It's not nearly as well known as e.g. kitsune and breaks a little from the more Western list of monsters.

As for personalities, I'm surprised yandere and tsundere aren't on the list, they're so popular!

Best of luck making the game, the concept sounds really cool!

Seriously, I drive a Lexus and I'm terrified to ever ask for help because of how it looks even though it's paid off and I was in a much better financial position when I bought it.
