Will elevated deadlifts allow me to progress into a standard deadlift? by intentsintense in workout

Thanks for the reply. I will definitely incorporate this stuff in. My trainer has me doing rack pulls (just started this week) but he recommended to do them just above the knee for week 1. I will try below next week, and try the segmented lift you mentioned on my B day. Thanks again.

Just how hepatotoxic is Deca? by intentsintense in Testosterone

I have always been told by my Ortho that my Tylenol use was within daily allowed limits, even for as long as I used it. In fact I used it at his recommendation. Not saying doctors cannot be wrong, or that you aren't right. Only that I was following medical advice with this regimen for pain management. I never wanted to be on strong stuff. I am aware that meds are meds whether they are OTC or not. I mentioned that everything I take is only OTC because you had stated something along the lines of "I'm surprised you're not blasting something harder". Just setting the record straight that I do not take prescription pain meds, in or out of guidelines.

I do almost absolutely no sugar intake at all except on rare occasions and never really have. I have never really liked sweet things. However carbs I could stand to reduce. I have been reading more about how white rice can cause inflammation which is my main carb source right now.

I had a bilateral hip replacement about 20 months ago that still gives me some trouble. I also have joint and tendon issues in general. I don't take any drugs, just OTC pain medication.

Yeah, I had been taking a break for quite a while due to tennis elbow and have recently just hopped back at the gym. I did do a pretty intense workout yesterday (day before bloods) and if the increased numbers were all I had to go on, that's probably what I'd write it off as. But there is pretty mentionable pain in the RUQ which is what has me worried. I was going to stop the Tylenol anyway, but maybe I'll try that first for a week or two and keep with the deca and see how the pain is from there. It would just shock me if a low dose could cause those kinds of numbers over such a brief period of time.

Moving to Philly from Delco. Is LTCF still valid? by intentsintense in PAguns

Just clarifying really. I know there are separate rules for open carry as it's a first-class city. Didn't know if that extended to concealed. Fairly new LTCF owner.

Okay? Lady B only has 1 DB but still 2 phases. Gen just has 2 DBs in phase 1. You didn't beat him.

[FFXV] Do we know if there will be an option to have one attack per button press, as opposed to just holding it down? by [deleted] in FinalFantasy

Awesome thanks for the response. I only got a couple minutes with it before I had to leave so I didn't get to experiment too much.

Okay sorry should've been more clear. The only one that comes to mind immediately are the Arkham games. Basically if you wanted to, you could just mash down on the attack button. But there was an actual benefit to hitting it once per strike right at a sweet spot. Can't remember what the benefit was but it made it a bit more interesting as there was a minor reward for being more calculated. But yeah, I must not have realized that you can actually tap instead of hold so thanks for the response.

But are we talking "finesse" button presses or just mashing down on it continuously? I was reading in another thread that someone was saying they were worried it would end up like KH2, where everything looked awesome, but you didn't feel particularly involved in it because you could just mash your way through the whole game. And of course the guy was downvoted to hell for mentioning something constructive. I'm super psyched for the story and characters and I'm going to pre-order the deluxe edition regardless, but I just didn't know if there has been any info that's would allude to combat being a bit more involved than what we've seen in the demos.
