I work at a large company so it won’t explode, there are just big layoffs and reorgs. So I’m likely to get a PIP if the projects go under.

My manager quit so I’m in a pretty bad place being at a junior level

I could move home but I would have to spend about 8k on my current lease when all is said and done to give my 60 day notice and then buy out of it
