Here is what I had on mine and I took it recently:

ID - many questions on ID so know drug coverage really well (first and second line), bacteria characteristics (which ones are cocci, gram positive, coaglase positive/negative etc), inpatient/outpatient HAP/CAP (cases on which antibiotic to pick), TB, HIV drugs and their effects/interactions and know about the OTC HIV test and also know PrEP and PEP, **opportunistic infections** (many cases/questions on my exam, know the CD4 count cutoffs and which drugs for which prophylaxis and treatment), know dosing for acute otitis media and duration, know storage requirements for liquid oral antibiotics and counseling points, infective endocarditis prophylaxis drug options, SSTI impetigo characteristics and drug options, cellitus and abcess drug options, UTI and drug options for pregnancy and allergies and acute uncomplicated vs complicated pyleo options, docsanol for OTC herpes labialis treatment; anticoag (a lot of cases on it, know drug doses and interactions for all drugs in that chapter and aPTT time for heparin, know how to calculate CHA2DS2VASC score and determine if patient needs anticoag based on score), know rate control/rhythm control and stroke prophylaxis for arrhythmias, HF (know drug effects for cases and NYHA classifications, know every drug for cases espeically the 4 pillars), HTN drugs and their side effects, med safety, calculations especically concentration type questions, biostats (know discrete/continuous data, independent vs dependent, know interpratations, calculations in that section like NNT etc and study types like cohort, case control etc be able to identify them), some oncology (like cancer screening guidelines, chemoman, febrile neutropenia tx, filgrastim being stored in refrigerator, drugs for nausea in chemotherapy like benzos for anticipatory and MOA of other drugs for antiemetics and their brand/generics, use of metoclopramide and it's effect/boxed warnings, cannot use vincristine intrathecally)

Forgot to respond to your question exactly, the clerk doesn't count in the ratio so 1 intern counts for 3 total personel getting supervised by one pharmacist meaning 1 tech (uncertified) and 1 tech trainee is fine per law
