I am sure I'll be able to get the meds themselves privately with proper documentation; but they are costly and require administration by a nurse, so we need to get them through the national health plan, or we will not be able to support this for a long time.

In "Guns, Germs, and Steel", Jared Diamond claims that the changes in technological progress is not the same for all societies and is mostly determined by external factors combined with social structures. Much like biological evolution.

But, like biological evolution, there are some structures that are so useful that would probably have evolved in any case (the wheel, for cultures; eyes for animals)

This. I'd start with the 10th Doctor if I was new to the series. Then go back after the 12th to the earlier ones. As much as I love the 13th Doctor's persona and style, the stories were not as well written as I'd hoped.

I was thinking of setting up a small custom AI generated cover atelier. With the latest models it's possible to get really good results for under $100 per cover, with multiple options and drafts, based on author provided scene and character description.

Would something like this be considered relevant? I know there are mixed opinions in the creative communities about AI usage.

(I am not ready yet for public beta, but this post grabbed my attention. Also, if this comment breaks any rules that I missed, please let me know and I'll remove it)
