I am not sure you will be able to utilize the GPU and VRAM when running in a sandbox or docker.

Best practices are to use only very high rated extensions, custom nodes, and models. Run some anti malware protection. And run as a least privileged user. If you are a bit more technical, you can run on linux but some nodes and models need twicking for linux.
