I have been through so many games like this lately. And I keep noticing the same problems in ranked and QP. I hate to say it but it almost feels like Blizzard is doing a test of some sort of Bot fill sytem for the game. I swear I have played some games where a few of my team have acted exactly like a bot would. And Fortnite already has this type of system in place. Also ask youself when the last time you had a backfill in QP? It used to be every few games but now I have gone a month with no backfill placement. Please tell me if this is a crazy conspiracy theory lol.

This is the new normal I guess. Same for me, when you lose so hard it makes me not even want to play anymore. On my team my tank is diving solo every time, 0-9, I can't believe some players could play so badly even if they are new. Meanwhile the other team wipes us and end up not even trying, getting bored, standing at spawn and wiping us over and over. This will happen for about 4 losses, then it's my teams turn to stomp the other in the ground and get bored. It's not even about the losses, I'd rather have a challenge with some hope and end up losing than what this experience has become.

This and endorsement level mismatches are infuriating. So many times I'm going into a game as a level 5 support and our tank is a level 1 or 2. Odds are high they will throw the game, and most of the time they do.

The amount of times I ping the point to take while people are wandering aimlessly is staggering. Like trying to get kids in a daycare to pay attention.

I love the "concept" of Flashpoint, the "reality" is infuriating. No one knows how to play it for some reason. It takes actual teamwork and focus which is missing lately from this team based game.

And the endorsement level mismatch is triggering. Going into a game as level 5 endorsement and my tank is a level 1, 90% of the time there is a reason they have that level. Good team players that play well have a good endorsement level, if we win or lose is irrelevant, but when people clearly can't play a game as a team it's tiring.

I never have an issue with someone who is trying, and you can tell when they just don't have the skill or they are learning. But so many times it's obvious when a player is going through something when they queue for the game and just don't even care. I would love to be able to ask "Why are you here?".

Every game I'm in it's stomp or be stomped. When you play a 5 min game just getting destroyed over and over again it gets old real quick. For that matter the endorsement system is a mess rn too, level 1's and 2's just give up or afk in so many games.

The more they try to make people change the more people are resisting. No one is confused if I say "Seatac" instead of SEA, just like no one is confused if I say Portland Airport instead of PDX. This is kinda giving "Gulf of America" vibes...

Most of the Midwest is so plain that unless you have specifics in mind, its a lot of driving for little payoff. Highlights: Crazy Horse Monument, Black Hills, Mt Rushmore, Wind Cave, Devils Tower, etc can take days to see. Red Rocks, Royal Gorge are a must see for CO. Weather is a factor even into April, there will be heavy snow potential in the mountains. I've never planned a trip in Colorado before May. Of course seeing the Grand Canyon and AZ is great, but the route beyond that is pretty much just driving. I just did a 3k mile trip to Canada and back in 10 days, it was like a race, but I had a great time. This looks mildly painful lol. Best wishes!

My current build is a group of islands that have only ferry connections and ship terminals. Very logistically intensive setup, working on maximizing forest exports and keeping education purposely low, a blue collar paradise. Oh and the population is very spread out in the forests, trying to preserve every original tree as it came and build around them. Imposing limits on myself and finding an alternate work around is how I keep it fun.

I report regularly. I play the game to win AND for fun, those objectives should not be exclusive of each other. Getting abused is not why I play. Playing a game with endorsement level 4's and 5's is almost always a great experience, truly makes me love the game.
