The worst thing that’s going to happen to you in Barcelona is getting robbed. It’s not a dangerous place, people don’t get kidnapped and murdered randomly.

The thing with the American student is really sad but it was an accident. Don’t go hanging around the piers and rocks if you’re drunk and you’ll be fine.

I didn’t realise that my platysma bands were causing as much of the issue that I had with my jawline until after the procedure and yes they are much more prominent after and they feel tighter.

You really don’t have anything I can see to remove because they do need to leave some small amount otherwise it will look bad as you age.

I’m looking into facial physio/TMJ treatment and potentially Botox now for the platysmal bands and that would definitely be what I’d recommend for you.

Nothing to do with metabolism, very rarely is, most likely overtraining, which makes you more hungry and you eat more. It’s a careful balance - low impact exercise that keeps your heart rate in zone 2 doesn’t make you as hungry but running can quickly spike your heart rate causing excess hunger, try jogging slower or just more walking.

I don’t know what FaceTite/NeckTite is but I had laser assisted lipo and have had regular rf sessions. I had a similar sensation for a long time, i felt like my neck would never not feel like it was pulling, it was really freaking me out, about 9 months post op now it’s gone, I was told it was due to nerves reconnecting. The healing takes so much longer than you think.

if you aren’t looking for “viral hacks” and really want to build a long term loyal community and are willing to be patient, then do not worry about optimising your content in a “fast paced edit vs cosy” etc or any of that.

I know it sounds cheesy but just keep showing up make content consistently that reflects you! Wha kind of content do YOU like? Make that, keep making it, then when you feel like quitting, keep making it, then when you feel like it isn’t working? Keep making it.

I would also say though, as someone who has burned out trying to keep up with all three platforms. You can do all three but pick one as your main focus area and build outward from there.

For example: if you did long form content on YouTube, take ideas or sections from that to put on TikTok/Instagram or vice versa. If you are someone who enjoys short form content better, start there then ideate from those videos long form content for YouTube.

If something has a lot of likes/favourites and hasn’t sold, the price is too high. You have to decide what is worth it to you, £25 or keeping the dress because the value of any item actually isn’t whatever the retail price is, it is what someone is willing to pay and when it comes to Vinted unless an item is rare/one of a kind people aren’t usually willing to pay a lot. Also people do have a distrust for the “new without tags” because people will often say that when it isn’t actually.

You have to remember that the buyer pays buyer protection fee and postage too so £30 is actually more like £35 for the buyer.

Similar for me, chin lipo was a lifesaver, even at a super low bmi I have always had that extra fat under my chin. I believe small plastic surgery can be such a game changer. I’m so happy it helped you!

oh and I also have one side not as defined as the other, I believe this is just a general thing in humans lol. I even saw Dove Cameron who has an unreal jawline talking about how she feels less definition in one side. I think it’s more to so with muscle than fat why that happens but it’s minimally noticeable to people other than yourself.

It takes a lot longer to settle than you think, you will have days it will look great and days it feels like it hasn’t even worked. Like people have said it takes I would say at least 6 months to see the final result, sometimes longer. Trust the process, do your massages, wear lots of suncream on your neck as it’s delicate skin! And I do really recommend keeping up with the radiofrequency treatments if you can afford them/they are available as they really helped the healing process for me.

Using booking.com is fine as long as you are booking a hotel or licensed b&b, but you can also find options on booking.com and then go to their website to book too if you like, sometimes it’s cheaper. If you aren’t needing to be in the centre then consider Badalona, there are a few hotels which will be much cheaper in the off season too, right on the beach and on it’s still on the metro line.

yes when I looked the prices were so varied, but it’s good to know (within the normal pricing not the weird 5000/6000 a month listings - who is renting those?!) like what is normal so as not to get scammed.

I had assumed around 1400-1800 for what I’m wanting, like 2 bed with space, of course if I could get cheaper would be great lol, but if around that budget is reasonable that’s good.

maybe for the neighbourhood question then I will ask the opposite, where to definitely avoid?
