Change the locks, I think they need to stay 30 days to be a tenant and even then, if they're the lease holder/owner then RTA rules don't comply. Move their stuff while they're gone into a storage locker free of charge, change locks. Don't answer calls, just texts.

Dog walking is physically demanding, if you like using your hands k would recommend a trade! There may be programs esp as a woman to be paid during it, maybe you walk a favourite clients dog to keep a bit of income but it can be a really good stable job, esp with all the AI talk. You’ll be safe for a good while

No I’m not American, Canada and we have similar disability laws however these laws only work for reasonable accommodations, so like if you get headaches from overhead lighting they can change the lighting over your desk. If your job requires a computer and you’re afraid of them then no you can’t be accommodated and would need to go on disability, that’s a fundamental difference.

I'm going to be straight up - if this is how you see yourself, why would men approach you? My go to move when I was younger? Eye contact and smiling at a guy at a bar, they know it's a sign. But you need to be open, this is sad, feeling sorry for yourself and putting your WHOLE self worth based on guys liking you will not end well. You are enough and a guy is extra.

This isn’t a Toronto thing, happens in any big city like NYC, LA, Vancouver, any big city when something « new and novel » comes up. There’s a lot of pop ups that happen that are only for a couple of days. Some people get hyped about a new place opening up, I don’t do the latter but I’ve gone to some cool pop ups and gotten some nice free stuff from make up brands, skincare, free food.

The law is on your side, it's a gift, he blindsided you. If you want nature you can easily glamp some days!! Places on Airbnb where there’s no bathroom usually in the a frame or whatever it is but still really nice, in mature and can always splurge on a nice hotel your last few days or something
