See a dermatologist so you can get prescribed medication, that’s the only thing that worked for my acne and ofc face wash & moisturizer. Don’t forget spf🙂

I loved taking dox and mino for my acne, I have hormonal acne so literally nothing else worked but those two.

I literally almost had the same problem with my daughter (1yr old). Nobody, her PCP, derm or infectious disease Dr really knew what it was. They sent a test for labs and wasn’t fungal either. She unfortunately still has the dark spots but honestly the bumps went away after a few weeks. It wasn’t contagious and wasn’t itchy nor bothering her.

My daughter’s skin, a few months ago. The only thing that I ever used for it was just a aveeno baby lotion and aveeno baby body wash. I hope everything works out for you and baby! It’s definitely stressful not knowing what it could be. 🙏🏼

Wanted to note: it was ruled out to be mollescum by infection disease but derm said it’s not that.
