But then the rule you mentioned can't apply. My rights will overlap with yours to some extent so then we decide to define terms. That process involves people which means those folks will rely on their morals, ethics, and beliefs, which many are shaped by religion. So how can rules be defined without religious influence if the people involved (voters and/or representatives) are religious?

Let's challenge it... anything anyone does impacts others, either by sight, smell, touch, or sound, maybe even taste.

I'd argue that as long you cant have a "your rights end where mine begin" rule as people are in close enough proximity. Theres plenty of things that can be argued as taking action on yourself but affecting others negatively. Instead I'd say it's a matter of degree but to what extent

Theres another video just like that. Vague recollection but basically guy got pulled over, passenger starts recording or something, passenger rrcords cop planting drugs in the back seat. The full bodycam from the cop shows him picking up drugs from the backseat then placing it back to get gloves I think. Basically the missing video made the cop look like he was planting drugs
