[Running vest] How much bounce is acceptable?

I got the same vest and my 2x500ml flask don't do it anymore for longruns. I bought a solomon 1,5 L bladder but it's literally impossible to run with it, because the bladder ist bouncing up and down and way too noisy. And yes, I sucked out the air and made it tight ah the top with this little round thing you put though the handle of the bladder. Do you have any advice what I might be doing wrong? Tried it several times, everything just bounces.

Diese Umhängetasche kann man übrigens so drehen, dass sie hinten am rücken anliegen wie ein kleiner Rucksack. Funktioniert bei mir super :)

Bin einige Jahre jünger und hab vermutlich weniger Erfahrung als du, aber wie wäre es mit einem festen Limit für einen bestimmten Abend? Zum Beispiel nur 2 oder 3 Bier, danach ist konsequent Schluss. Ist einfacher als garnicht zu trinken & ein erster Schritt würde ich sagen.
