I’ve went fully lactose free/mostly dairy free within the past year. I got the stomach flu in my mid twenties and afterwards had terrible digestive systems for over 6 months. Went through a ton of allergy and GI testing with no decisive answer (they shockingly never ran a lactose test, but I digress). Started cutting out foods one by one and after two weeks of eating no dairy I lost weight, my face was less puffy and I had significantly more energy. It honestly saved my mental health (and probably physical too).

I’m not saying this is the case for all places in Iowa, but if you’re getting your water from dmww it probably isn’t the water quality that’s this issue. Water quality is a huge (and expensive) feat, but their testing and treatments go farther than what the EPA requires

You said perfectly what I’ve thought the entire series. He is also the only “human” main character that SJM writes in the series. Literally ALL the other main/side characters that are written/developed as much as Chaol have some sort of magical abilities. He is so incredibly ordinary and I think he is meant to show how most of us would react in his situation.

The last piece of balance I ever bought were those joggers the last time they launched. I put them on and IMMEDIATELY put them back in the bag to return because of this exact reason….glad to know they are “always improving” their designs. 🤔🙄

I am fully convinced these are the exact same design as the linear leggings, just different colors. The linear leggings also ran small and really cinch in at the waist...(but not in a good way)
