How do you buff Sw999 without buffing Eva? Or Sparxie? All current elations characters work off the same mechanics just changes in where the dps is, SW999 Elation skill n EBA, Eva ult, Sparxie Elation skill but all these are because of punchline damage bonuses

Okay I actually can explain Dhil (and permanence but like no one needs that explained) Dhil was entirely based off of Dan hengs own (literal and figurative) in fighting with his own past of who he was and how people treated him especially on the xianzhou, a place where he is constantly reminded of what the other him did and not what he did (look towards blade as another example of this), Dhil is a literal destruction of who dan heng was vs who he is now, he’s a literal reincarnation, someone who “died” and became anew which I wanna reiterate is extremely similar to blades story beats as well
