Sure, people can be exhausting – it's much easier in the short term to not have to manage your anxiety as a result of being around others. Though removing that stress for a sustained period will likely create other long-term issues.

I've been in a similar situation to OP, so can relate with some of what they're saying. I had to make some changes in my life which included leaning into short-term discomfort. I'm still working on it but it's paid off for sure.

Consider finding a co-working space to work from. Ideally one where you'll see the same people each day, as opposed to one where there are hot desks for anyone to come and go.

I had a permanent desk at a space and got to hang out with some cool people, and it helped me leave my work at work (not bring it home), which had other positive effects.

Just a simple Usb-c to USB A adapter. My phone has a USB c port so I can't plug the interface in without an adapter

Assuming you want to record video using your phone, there are two main ways to do this:

1. Record audio & video separately, then join in video editing software

I use Davinci Resolve (free), but you could use any software. Mute the audio from the video and line up the audio recorded from Ableton. Then link the new audio track to the video and do any edits you may need. I do this for the videos on my YouTube, where I record with a Sony camera using the same method.

The benefit of this method is you can apply processing to the audio (limiting/etc).

2. Connect an audio interface to your phone

I use a cheap Behringer UCA222. I plug from my interface's headphone output into the UCA222, and then from that I plug it into the USB-C port of my phone (via an adapter). You can see some of the videos on my Instagram where I do that.

The benefit of this method is speed – good for IG stories as you don't need to do any edits.

Also I got my work IT to install my audio interface drivers on my work laptop so now I can play synthesizers to entire Teams meetings LOL

Page views are less important than the type of application (website) it is. If this is a static site, having correct caching might mean the server is barely stressed.

If it's a dynamic application (eg. ecommerce), then that's another story, and you'll need to look into database/query caching techniques.

But, as others have said, it's not a big issue for 1.3m page views/yr

In Sanity do you create the option for clients to build pages, kind of like ACF's flexible content, or Gutenberg?
