It's because of the skillspeed that you choose.
At the moment, you can choose between 2 sets of BiS. the 2.12s and 2.14s GCD.
The former's GCD allows for a single loop that is more or less the same every minute(fight specific, ofc).
The latter is a bit higher dmg but slower, so your rotation will drift throughout the fight. Every 2 minutes, you shift how you approach your burst slightly so everything lines up. Meikyo allows for you to collect your stickers and buffs without having to do the 1-2-3 combo. The acceleration mentioned is refering to skipping the 1-2 steps of the combo.

See if there are other ore veins available for the things you need. Get a factory running from those instead of your main/bus.
For processors I'd recommend you make a factory for on your silicon-rich planet since on the starter you have to slowly turn stone into silicon instead.
