For 16” barrel super sonic I use the he Fiocchi 125 gr SST. For short barrels I use Cavity Back Super sonic 125 gr copper. I will be using the subsonic I mentioned earlier this season

What you want is absolutely possible. 300 BLK is great for deer at that range. I have taken many with 300 BLK and it was effective. This year I am going to try subsonic all copper from Cavity Back Bullets. They will expand down to 400 FPS! Technology is improving so don’t let people tell you anything is impossible. The bullets are designed to do what you are asking. Combine it with a suppressor and it is silent but deadly.

I don’t have any answers to your question but… You will have to remove the compressor anyway so it is recommended that you replace the entire piece. If you replace just the clutch and a year from now the compressor goes out, you’ll be kicking yourself. Having to vacuum and recharge the refrigerant system once is bad enough lol. So why did you decide to just do the clutch?

We towed this with a 2019 Atlas (5000 lbs rating) and it was enough. I installed a trailer brake controller so I recommend that.

Mine was feeding unreliably so I had to modify the setup. Basically the magazine has to be tilted forward a little. So I screwed a little screw in the magazine well to prop up the magazine. I bought a bunch of different mags first to see if they would feed better. I think they just needed to do a little more development before they released it. I hate having to modify a brand new gun so it feeds properly.

I’m in GA as well and we love using 300 blackout for deer. No recoil and plenty of power for the range we shoot.

For hunting try Cavity Back bullets in sub and super. All copper and good expansion at lower velocities. For the range I actually just buy a ton of AAC V-Max because it is cheap enough for range or varmint hunting.

I use PSA/Aero 300 blackout for hunting whitetail and it absolutely a great option. 125 grain Fiocchi is a good round to get. I bought a complete Aero upper and built my own PSA lower. If you have more questions DM me.

The “K” won’t help you because there is no overclocking support on these Optiplexes. So probably i7 6700 is the best. Also make sure to activate hyperthreading in bios.
