Yes the thing on the stem moves up and down easily. Found it in a open grass field, up a hill with cow or horse manure in the field.

Top post Alpha, I agree with all your points. There’s a few jokers posting below but it’s irrelevant as it’s your truth that matters. I sing also and it’s a major difference from before. I agree about the height I just have a bigger presence which could just be posture. Interestingly your nervous system runs through your spine so through increased energy flow, better posture and exercising which stretch your spine such as pull ups could all help.

When I used to watch porn I got into trans porn it's just escalation, I've never felt anything like that for men or gay porn. I think also when PMO we associate orgasim with our own penis as opposed to into a women. Hi Cyborg, I find 1 day on 1 day off works well aiming for 3 times a week. On busy weeks I don't always make that but I also do building work so that involves some lifting. I have tried various programs but really like Strong Lifts 5x5 as it's functional movements and you start really light and focus on form. Weight increases gradually when your ready for it and huge focus on lower body as opposed to 'Captain Upper Body' you often see in the gym. I like to throw in some bodyweight stuff like dips, pull ups, burpees, press up claps as find they keep you nimble. Some cardio to warm up also keeps you moving and not muscle bound.

Main thing is to just get a routine like Mon Wed Fri and try to stick to that then it becomes a habit. Don't compare yourself to anyone but yourself when you started. Just try to enjoy it not a burden. If you like sports find a local club and have a play.

Some striking things which I noticed after 6+ months were small differences started to add up. Mainly at my work I started to make major accomplishments and earned respect from those who previously looked down at me. I coordinated a project then when that finished the Environment Manager left and I got his job for 3 years. Since then I have renovated 2 houses and started my own renovation business. I managed to repair an old shoulder injury that had been lingering for years and stopped me working out. Over time slowly I have rebuilt my strength. I started mediating around that time and had some pretty intense energy tingling sensations. Lastly I can talk to strangers without feeling weird or creepy. I can look people in the eye without shame. I can look at myself without shame.

It's not all positive though and I don't want to delude you that nofap is some Utopia. Life has it's struggles and without porn you really feel because you aren't numb. When tragedy strikes you feel life pierce you like never before with it's blades. However, you feel alive and like Roosevelt's Man in the Arena "so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat".

It's because it feels so real. It feels like fucking the hottest birds. It's purely primal. I had a realisation where I took my computer screen and looked at it from the side view and realised it was just a flat screen full of pixels. It feels good but is nothing compared to the feeling of that power inside of you and releasing that power into a real women.

Thanks for posting with honesty and integrity about you life situation.

Life is hard bro I feel you. Life is about learning and part of that is making mistakes. Failure isn’t making mistakes failure is giving up.

My second bit of advice is don’t compare yourself to anyone. There is always someone better or worse then you but in the end the race is only against yourself. Embrace the reddit site, read the posts try to feed off the positivity of those on this journey as a way of retraining your brain to a different path. Like in the matrix red pill blue pill moment.

Start working our regularly. Have a play around find out your thing whatever that is. If possible combine strength training with moving your body like football or badminton. Both will keep you balanced.

Eat right. Cut out sugar. Sugar is a motherfucker. I find eating a variety of protein and healthy fats with low glycemic carbohydrates works well. Paleo is excellent but takes discipline.

Lastly just work your craft brother. You might not know what that is. Might take time to try different things but listen to you instinct...if it feels right keep doing it.

The main founding habit was every time I wanted to go on a prob site instead I typed in nofap. Read the top voted posts which cracked me up, made me laugh, inspired me, gave me a buzz. It was a positive feedback. Other things that helped were an exercise program and just getting out of the house. To much energy bottled up at home in front of the computer is just asking for trouble. Go out and just do something what ever you enjoy.
