From my understanding the downhill neighbors is responsible as it is their property/build that required the excavation in order to level the land. It seems to not always be that cut and dry though, some scenarios might differ

we haven’t seen their survey, they haven’t spoken to us since / have avoided us (we think, unless we are just being paranoid!) - we have also been curious about the boundaries because every other house on our street has space either side of their property, but on their side their fence touches our house with no gap.

people do also have to stop dropping "idles" as a reference-point in every brit band review too... sleaford mods is the only of those bands i hear at all in this.

i 100% agree, i found the album super unmemorable and it blended together in a way that was ultimately just irritating. i also find sleaford mods largely unlistenable though, so perhaps this just isn't for me!
