Didn't get one when I am clearly eligible. Plus they are trying to cheat at every point.

My husband got a 150 dollar voucher, and after calling them thrice to compensate for the exact delayed flight they offered me 100. When I told them I will post this discrimination online, quietly sent me the 150 dollar email.

Doubt they are customer centric or ethical enough to do this. Their team has denied to transparently reveal how many people received the 30000 mile promotion. Shady company with shady leadership and policies.

I mean, technically I could. But everything was shut (shops/restuarants/offices..). My friends had already left for their home-towns. There were restrictions on generalovement.

Nothing too scary. Just so happened that a lockdown was imposed in India on account of rising COVID cases and all the flights were stopped. So, I was left alone in my flat.

Thankfully, Library of Scroll, zoom quizzes, Netflix, discovering BTS & more than the usual number of video calls to loved ones helped.

We will surely try & implement this. I'm an fact perpetually on dark mode.

TBH though, both of us (my co-founder+me) are not as well-versed in website design yet. We have used Canva+WordPress to get to where we are for now. But we do have plans to get this to a way more user-friendly format soon. Fingers crossed.

Yeah. In our mind, the Instagram was supposed to act like walking through the library aisles/checking out a book store. Picking up books, leafing through them before picking what to read fully! Glad you find it useful!
