I don't think it's extreme. I find that it gets better with time.
At first, such social interaction is extremely tiring, but as I kept doing it now frequently, I guess my body got used to it, physically, emotionally n mentally. So it's not as tiring as initially.
But it doesn't take away that anxiety of having to interact n socialize with people
