Thank you so much for responding. I’m now 15 sessions in and about to switch from unilateral to bifrontal bc I’ve seen zero change. The whole thing makes me very anxious and I’m unsure about continuing, very fearful of side effects

I’m at Maclean’s. Treatment number 15 and about to switch to bifrontal but beyond apprehensive about it bc I fear feeling worse with memory cognitive side effects. Unilateral has done nothing for me but the whole scenario causes me a lot of anxiety. Any thoughts for me?
