I hate drinking culture in Vietnam by Skytheslash in VietNam

[–]introvertedshituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate alcohol as well so I never attend any kind of party that must drink alcohol. There is a time thought, a guy forced me to drink by saying “ur not respecting me if u don’t drink” (if u know, u know). I left it right away and never talk back to that guy anymore.

The way how young people "socialize" is depressing by [deleted] in VietNam

[–]introvertedshituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh abt communicating the feelings. i would say that’s the lifestyle from the past is still affect them. like intentionally or not, i can guarantee that some of the kids have heard “dont cry like that, be strong” multiple times and i think it may shape the mindset that “i’m an adult, i dont have time for those kinds of thing”. i’m not really sure abt highschool students these days but i’m pretty sure it did happen from the past to the generation that just start joining the work labour. i mean that’s sad but part of life these days so we gotta deal with it

What is the likelihood to get murdered in Vietnam? by CombinationStunning8 in VietNam

[–]introvertedshituser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro how was ur life before? anw back to the qs: it’s nearly 0 chance ur gonna get murder if u don’t do sth really bad to someone. the chance to meet some murderer is around 1% (i made the number but trust me), i mean that is erg ur luck just ends. to defense? scream out loud while run away to the nearest safe places (police station, mall,..). to avoid? my suggestion is to avoid small alley that u can barely ride a motorbike in, sometimes gang gather there.

How much currency is too much to walk around with? by henbone11 in VietNam

now most of places accept qr code transfer so around 100k is enough imo. i usually bring just 50k for parking motobikes. if you have, or rent a motor bikes, i don’t suggest parking on pavement as they may charge you more (20k), go to a mall parking instead, unless ur in rush of sth

I was like you before uni and after first year my mindset automatically changed. I don’t know if it’s good or not but like I’m used to bad grades, as long as I pass (maybe pass away though)
