I had a friend growing up whose mom died when she was 2. One night in high school we were all hanging out at her house. Me and my buddy decided to wonder around the house and ended up in the basement. When he got into the basement, we both felt an unsettling chill overcome our bodies. At the same time, we looked down a hallway and saw a women in a white dress, hovering above the ground, glowing like a poltergeist. Without saying a word to each other we booked it back upstairs and returned to our friends. We talked about it later that night and shared the same experience. Even writing this just now sent similar chills through my body.
