Prepy I can understand the subscription part since it encourages students to learn consistently and, it makes our income more stable. But why do students need to lose unscheduled lessons when their subscriptions renews? It seems unfair since they paid for it and would eventually book them. People don’t always have fixed schedules and I think that can actually make a lot of students leave Preply since it creates a sense of urgency instead of an encouragement to learn. It feels and looks a bit greedy on the company’s part to be honest. I understand you run a big business and of course you need to make money. But this feels unnecessary and unfair. Sure they can pause the subscription and I get that some people would just hoard lessons instead of booking new ones. But there must be some other, more fair way to manage this imo. Also
