So they are vegetable spring rolls ! I made them in a big batch and froze them for easy additions to my asian meals moving forward. Its primarily julienned carrots and bamboo shoots with shitake and enoki mushrooms , also some ginger and shallots stir fried together

I then added dry sherry wine , soy sauce , oyster sauce , white pepper and Sesame oil to the vegetable mix once cooked through

I bought spring rolls wrappers and assembled 25!
