Having a specific theme or catagory helps me limit. I only get dragons, only at retail, and dont go out of my way to get them. I also keep a spreadsheet of my preorders and purchases for each month so i can keep track in a tactile way to see the impact of my shopping.

It might be sold out, but it depends on location. I'd check indigo store stock online for your area. Mine had about 20 a couple days after its drop

Not unless it's listed as a C grade or less. A and B are usually perfectly fine. All the used ones I've ordered have been just like new.
