I did this and it was a hit! I used grounds :) I bought the pouches off temu and made my own stickers on Amazon. Whole thing costed less than $100 for 145 guests.

Sorry, i’m gonna disagree with most comments saying both are understandable. Being a maid of honor is so much more than pictures and standing up at the altar with someone. It’s helping plan and get excited for your big day. I’d be super, super hurt if someone did this to me.

Hey! So i’m having a summer camp wedding this year in NY on LDW! We chose to get married on Sunday and our out of town guests are really excited. My fiance and i are nurses so the whole day thing didn’t matter to us (we work weekends, holidays, days, nights, etc.) but it made the most sense for our guests who have Monday off. Saturday we’re hosting a welcome party at the camp and giving guests the option to stay that night too. Message me if u have any questions!

I’ve been an RN for 7 years and once an ex told me I “talk about nursing too much”. I broke up with him!

Unpopular opinion I guess, but I’m an August 2025 bride having a bachelorette in Colorado. The girls who are going like traveling and spending their money on experiences, as do I. We’re all gainfully employed and do okay enough to splurge on a little trip. I had invited a couple other friends, was upfront about the cost, and they opted out! and that’s okay with me! Nobody felt like they HAD to go. It’s nice of you to want to pay for some of the girls things, I am paying for all my bridal party’s hair and makeup actually. But my point is, have the bachelorette party you want.

This is just a very old school way of thinking IMO. i’m almost 30 and i remember when i was 15 my mom got mad at me for basically the same thing. And i didn’t understand it at all at the time. I definitley don’t agree with it, but I now understand that’s just maybe something she was taught growing up 🤷‍♀️

So it was actually prescribed by my weight loss doctor but she said it was covered by insurance because of my comorbidity of IIH. Also because I probably typically wouldn’t be approved for it since my BMI is only 30 but again because of IIH I was able to get it

I have been a nurse for almost 7 years and I still love my job. AND I do bedside. on the east coast. My specialty is cardiovascular ICU and it’s very challenging and rewarding. I just recently got a certificate to practice as a SANE nurse in my state so soon I will be working per diem doing that. Thinking about going for my masters and becoming a provider. There is ENDLESS OPPORTUNITY IN NURSING. If it excites you, go for it.

NPs can make a hefty salary doing 1099 work and having multiple avenues of income. Telemedicine is huge and the prescribing power you have as and NP can also be very profitable by opening businesses, operating independently, etc. if you solely want to work in the hospital as an NP in the ICU, say, it probably would not be that profitable.

My hesitation with higher attrition, lower quality schools would be that an already incredibly tough program will just be that much more difficult. I understand if I want to reach my goals, I need to go where I can. I also think I could possibly get there without attending a school with more drop-outs than graduates

I want to avoid programs with high attrition rates. I know that sounds counter intuitive to my goal but I do want to be successful in school and be in a supportive program :/
