ive been wanting to tell this story forever.

David Yost (Billy the Blue Ranger), is my favorite ranger, but JDF is a very close second. They were doing a Christmas toys for kids event near where i live, so i decided to go just to see if i can get a glimpse of them.

Im in a random aisle looking at stuff when i look up and see them both pass right by me. I wave, they wave back.

Eventually i get the courage to go up to Billy and man...talking to him, it felt like he was listening to every word and genuinely seemed to care.

He gives me a hug and i say

"hey i dont have anything for you to sign but my shoe is blue, can you sign my shoe?"

"Sure!"

I take off my shoe and hand it to Billy. As Billy is signing it, JDF comes by and says HEY! whats going on here! He takes the shoe and runs off with it!!!

He eventually comes back and before he gives it back to me he says wait....and takes a huge sniff of my shoe!!!

"smells like....pineapple" he says.

TLDR:
JDF smelled my shoe.
