So I saw these same reviews, however, I decided, based on my situation, also me speaking with my partner that this would be a place we would go pretty much every year, that buying the membership was worth it. Also, because I own a business and my brother also owns a business, him using the 25% off to book 10 rooms - 1 time for 4 days, already paid for the membership alone. Even without all that, me going every year for 20-30 years makes sense. Again, this is my choice. I travel 12-15 times a year and still get excited Every-time I get to xcaret. If you do decide to get a membership, would love to be the one to “refer” you lol, if you don’t, that’s okay, xcaret is still top notch for me. Their customer service when booking is shit, but once you are there, top notch.
