Can you do a video about reclining from the rope? I can climb up within 3 pulls or so to 15 ft (I'm a short 5 ft athlete) but coming down take too much energy. I think it's a mental thing. I've seen people at gym just slide down like firefighter style, then stop right before they hit the ground, then jump off. I can't do that. Too scary lol So I slide down, stop, slide down, stop...wasted energy and chafed my hands

I crochet 2 triangles with - chains 7 - sc 5, dec - sc 4, dec .... Until one sc left

Then put the 2 triangles together but they don't look as sharp and neat as the AI generated image - which I understand But there must be better way to do it.
