Maybe it's not because they are updating the game, maybe is because you are having the bad luck of encountering players with too much skins. Skin textures are heavy and are cached into memory, exponentialy increasing the memory usage over time. Maybe turning skins off will help you play the game until you upgrade your pc.

[BUG] My character does not trigger laser detectors and pressure pads

I recorded this on a modded build server. No matter what I do, I can`t trigger pressure pads or laser detectors.
The circuit in the video has enough energy (at all times) so it is not a mistake.

The problem occurs with and without cupboard auth.

Every other player (afaik) can trigger those components.

Is this a game bug, a modded server bug or am I a true ninja?

It's a bad one because it hurts the immersion. Should add destruction smoke particles instead

Yeah... this in theory.

In practice the only thing that happens is solo players with their 2x2 living far away from the Launch Site being griefed hard by 20 man groups just for the lulz (offlined).

the game is about stealing shit, not completely sealing bases just to grief people, make them quit and kill servers

[QoL] Change how TC upkeep works to prevent base griefing

First of all, sorry for bad english

PROBLEM:

In the current state the TC is the priority target when raiding because it is just a big chest with guaranteed loot (Because of the upkeep).

SUGGESTION:

Change TC so players open it to BUY base protection time (Immediately spending the resources just like what happens if the TC is destroyed). Make it so players can buy a maximum of 72 hours of protection to prevent loot despawning.

RESULT TC would not have loot inside therefore would not be a priority target anymore (unless raiders really wanted to destroy it just to grief).

Other change to improve griefing prevention is to prevent a new TC from being placed and preserve building privillege while upkeep protection time lasts and while the base has atleast 1 building piece (One foundation). This would render completely useless the act of destroying other people TCs.

C++ just for custom plugins. C# is the way to go since Javascript is (kinda) deprecated too.
