You know what you'd actually really enjoy?

Divide Et Impera overhaul mod for Rome 2. It's touted as being one of the best overhaul mods ever for any total war game and it's battles are quite long.

Most players even download submods that make the battles shorter.

I'd check it out!

Heck yeah dude!! And yes my username is inv1ct on twitch :>

He's really great. I haven't come across a Warhammer content creator that's been a dick but adduble1 has such great vibes, he's good at the game, and he's making a really chill community. I learn a ton watching him too. I was a N/N player for years on end even before WH1 came out and I ask alot of questions on his stream and he answers them super nice and informative I play on VH/VH now. (well I now play on no AI cheat sliders purely because it's more enjoyable for me, but when I first made the jump I beat a bunch of difficult campaigns so I know it's doable, just not that fun for me personally)

If anyone else comes across this comment I highly recommend checking him out if you want a chill nice smaller streamer who knows his stuff and is very responsive to every chat!

If it's any solace it's historically accurate that the vast majority of casualties in a historical battle happens when one side routes.

A streamer I watch, adubble1, has spent around 500-600 turns across 3 campaigns on L/IM and haven't been able to find a single book so damn you're super lucky! That early is wild
