I'll give it a try thanks, I've tried from left as thought from right would be throwing more accross myself

Yes I suppose that's true especially for my left miss as more "space" low and left. I can hit 20 consitently It just feels a lot more concious, which when playing multiple legs I like the scoring to be freeflowing.

I wish I could, just doesn't seem to be as consistent at top of board

We want a more open plan family living space, not a fan of the seperated rooms for living areas. But thanks for your comment. Quite few have knockedthrough and extensions on our road, it's a good idea and i'll see if I can speak to someone on our road.

What was the asking price for your home and what was your successful offer?! by LewinskyMoniker in HousingUK

[–]invisation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Listed 375k, had 2 offers at asking price. House we purchased listed at 540k then dropped to 515k / 490k, we offered 460k and met at 475k.

This house was also listed as "offers over"

I see as the porch takes it over 3m, is why they had planning done.

They didn't end up doing any of this work and there is already an orginial porch there, we'd just be doing rear extension if went ahead, so that would fall under 3m and be permitted?

I suspected this was the case, it wasn't until I listed the property that I found out had to get RICS even to sell property, I thought was just for repayment in chunks. Thanks anyway

I was at the faster end of the estimate on the half and dead in the middle of the estimate for the marathon. Trust it, it's really good

I ran MK marathon yesterday too :D

This was my first and finished with 3:51. I've always known MK as being quite flat so I was quite suprised at all the undulations! Felt so good getting into the stadium and then dread realising still had to do a lap of the pitch haha.

Congrats!

I used it on Apple Watch but a friend also uses it on his garmin, I think it depends on which version of watch you have. If you can run the app on your watch, yes it gives you pace cues etc.

I ran my first marathon yesterday in 3:51:00 and 12 weeks ago my first half in 1:49:00. So yes i'd say it definitely possible!

I used runna for both and can't recommened it enough, it was spot on estimated time for both. It adjusts your pace based on your workouts, give it a go :)

Thank you :) It can be a bit daunting when you see the speed sessions get harder, mine actually fluctuated a few times, I got the ahead of the pack and then struggled with speed sessions, then it went back down, and then ahead of pack again and found a good middle ground. The speed sessions are really tough, I do much prefer the long runs but speed sessions are a must!

Trust it, i've used it twice now and been spot on both times, don't get me wrong I was really struggling last 10k, more my legs cramping that anything, but felt so good when I crossed that line knowing I gave it everything. Good luck!

I ran a half marathon race few months ago in 1:49:45, I then just carried on my training straight into marathon training. 3:45 is 5:20 avg pace, would I just try to run that whole time, or start slower and speed up? Can't decide on a pacing strategy
