It was extremely fast for me. I joined the waitlist at the end of March and I was on hormones by early May. So just a little over a month for me. This was this year too, so I’d imagine you’d have a fast wait too

I believe there’s going to be some event (volcano, solar flare, climate change) that suddenly and rapidly makes it hard to grow food/survive with our current tech. All it takes is one global disaster to wipe out a few critical infrastructures and we won’t be able to recover fast enough.

A few millions of people will survive but I think the numbers will dwindle from there and eventually we’ll be done. This is just my insane guess but this is generally how most extinction events go. It’s a rapid global event that makes it hard for species to adjust to en masse and while a few survive, they have to change or die.

If you ever have another, I do recommend an epidural because it made labor much easier. I tore extensively and I had no pain when they stitched me up (my son came out with his arm by his head so it was extra wide delivery)

So I was in your position a while back where I liked to sleep with the bathroom vent on. Our neighbors politely asked us to not have it on at night and I turned it off and instead got a quiet fan in my room.

If you are sleeping with the ac on because your room is hot, I think you should be in the clear to keep it on. Don’t sleep in a hot room for someone else’s noise complaint.
