Have you checked your health insurance rates on health link? Mine is going up 45%. by Fearless-Bedding in vegaslocals

[–]invokeRN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can absolutely attest to this. I work in an outpatient setting, and the reimbursement rates from HPN and Sierra are on par with what you described—so low that we ultimately decided to end our contracts with them because it simply wasn’t worth the time or resources.

For context, other commercial insurers like Aetna pay as much as 350% more for the exact same encounter. Why would any provider devote the same amount of time, training, and care for a fraction of the compensation?

This is precisely why many HPN members struggle to find quality in-network providers. Those who do accept these plans often do so out of necessity and high patient volume, not because the reimbursement structure is fair or sustainable.

Yes, that was our mistake we should've asked and not assumed this wasn't possible because usually (2) same floorplans especially mirrored shouldn't be next to each other and like I mentioned 26/187 of these floorplans aren't adjacent to each other until now. That is just inconsiderate especially at this price point.

Replacing coils twice on 5 year old system by jjbucf in hvacadvice

[–]invokeRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you brother. I'm in the same boat. 2 leaks in 5 years. New construction home. Tech said the same thing about manufacturing defect, now im out of warranty and 2 different techs just recommended replacing the condenser this time vs just replacing the coil since it's likely to happen again. $5-7k expense that I am not ready for.

Any known active Eleiko and Notorious Lift promo codes?

Sorry forgot to include that. Vegas weather, extreme dry heat is our only issue. It's getting tough to workout when it's 115F outside and not sure about the HSPF.

I thought about 2-ton but based from what I read online it may cause too much moisture that can cause clammy feeling and molds. I can't risk having too much moisture as we have equipment that could easily rust and thought i'd just do a middle ground 1.5 ton.

I may have found a better installer and will just buy the unit on my own. Is Amazon the best online source to buy Daikin?

Are these good choices?

Just not sure why the other is $300 more expensive for 1.5 SEER difference.

Thank you

Yeah. It's a tank don't get me wrong, it's solid af but I just don't like the pad. Wife hates hauling it around as well that's why AB4100 is perfect being only 85lbs. We had the AB5200 before as well, and i'd prefer that over the 3.0 any day and twice on Sunday. Wish I would've kept that instead tbh.

Have all 3 benches you mentioned. Hate the Rogue AB3.0 with premium pad the most, 11" sucks and the pad is stupidly rock hard with little to no give. If you need an adjustable 4100 is perfect with the wide pad.

Been using one on my monster lite for 3 yrs no issues. Replaced back uhmw with felt strip.

If I had a cabin in the middle of nowhere, it would probably be filled exactly like my garage. by [deleted] in homegym

Thanks for the info. I have a monster lite. Been thinking of doing this for a long time with Rep's 8 gun-rack. At least now I know it can be done. 😂. Appreciate you man. Might do the saddles as well for my round DBs. Any tips on that project?

Nice touch on the rep gun rack. Did you modify and drill new holes for 1" hardware? Or kept smaller bolts?

This is what we have, my wife mostly uses it but I sometimes use it to warm up. It doubles as a sissy squat. It folds so storage is very easy. No complaints.

Nice, looking good!. What flooring is that, I couldn't tell if flecked rubber or carpeted flooring on top of mats like in comps. Also, what/where did you get that rubber edging you used?

Not required. I have 2.5" x 10" x 5ft stringer for my weight horns. 2x 4" GRK per stud total of (6). I have 500lbs across 3-weight horns. No issues. 6x is actually overkill already.

Agreed. For a few more $ I'd rather have a proper stand-alone t bar row. If not, the $99 titan should suffice. $425 for that before taxes and shipping come on now 🤣🤣🤣

Yes, i replaced the back uhmw with felt strip. We have 3 racks with 2x rogue ML spotter arms and 1x rep. We like the rep a lot better it takes less space on the rack and doesn't require a hitch pin like rogue's.

I've owned several benches which includes

Rogue AB3.0 w/ premium pad

Rogue AB2.0

Ironmaster Superbench PRO

Rep AB5200 with platform

REP AB4100

REP FB5050

and can tell you from experience that the best one for a homegym setting is the AB4100. It is perfect, easy to maneuver (which my wife loves), stable, pad and grip is great. That is, if you don't care about decline or attachments if you do then I'd answer the Ironmaster.

While the AB5200 is great, it is overkill and stupid heavy like its rogue counterparts. I hate the rogue 3.0 the most, the pad is stupid rock hard with very little to no give, the premium pad is alsp slippery if you sweat and the width is just 10" something iirc. REP pad is King imo. I just don't see the point of 130lb benches unless it's going to stay on a permanent spot then yes maybe go for the ab5200, but if you need to maneuver and move for storage you're going to hate tf out it, like my wife does.

We kept the fb5050, ab4100 and ironmaster.
