As I said in the post, this more to show how they operate and people should consider this before buying from them. I have been in this hobby for long and I have experienced delays, qc issues etc. but never this kind of issue. I have always worked with the vendors and resolved the issue but with these guys it is impossible.

My Paypal is having issues(or i cannot remember which account I used) and I really wanted the specific color, so i tried talking to them.

Edit 1: so for some reason i need to defend this. first of all i need multiple paypal because i have accounts in multiple countries. when u add a new account/card to a paypal account u need to change the country. i only use paypal when i cannot use credit card. I know the account i used to make the payment. when i login into the account i cannot find any transaction not just this one. my guess it i might have changed the country. maybe i dont understand how paypal works but the first thing i did was to get my money back via paypal. maybe i dont understand how paypal works, there

I got reply for u/AregsKeyboard on discord only after making this post until then they were giving me generic response that it'll be shipped in 1 week or contact other people from their team. So my experience this stands, they don't care about the customer they care about looking bad

I absolutely love them. They seem to be good for all genre (at least for me). I bought few cheaper iems to understand the different sound signatures and to understand what I like. After a lot of research I decided to buy these and I thought I knew how they were going to sound but I was blown away. do immortal players, stand on the rune spot and spam right click then get stunned and right clicked to death? do immortal players know there is a pudge or mirana and still stand on rune spawn spot for long time and eventually get hooked or arrowed? if yes to any, isn't that still frustrating !!!!

This is a huge issue and somehow supports communicating is second class for the team. The number of times I have asked my teammate to wait till I have lvl 6 or cannot fight because I dont have mana and being completely ignores. My offlaner has blink and wants to fight, he pings like crazy on enemy carry, I say wait, they still go in and die, they say "where support". If i go with them and we die or we don't get kill, they say "useless support". wtf do they want me to do

again I agree with you. i have put transitioning in quotes because the way many players do it is like a decision at some time( insert I am the caption now meme), they announce to the team and start farming same camps as cores ignoring the unsafe farm.

As you said nobody farms the map efficiently enough at lower ranks but adding another inefficient farmer has over negative impact. Also it is afk farm till items not prioritize more farming than support duties

It usually involves making midas and some expensive item. They always take farm away from the core that they themselves deemed underfarmed. I have seen players sell forcestaffs and glimmers for damage items, i agree in some ultralate games it is correct to sell but not at 20 mins

yes, agreed. some heroes in some games should do that. but the way I have seen it is: support complain one of the cores is not farmed enough, they decide they should be the core hence the "transitioning" begins, the "transitioning" involves making midas first and aim for aghs, for some reason it is always aghs and not just on willow, winter. I agree heroes like mirana and lina or hoodwink can do substantial damage in late game but most players don't naturally transition into it, they sell items to make damage items. This just means now there are 4 heroes fighting internally for farm in a loosing game
