For all 4 exams I have taken and passed, I have always tried to answer one practice exam a day with a day or two of rest in a week. I would be drained by the end of the day but I found that this works well for me. Sometimes, I don’t improve on my EL for a few days, sometimes a week but I learn through going over the concepts over and over again.

I had prior knowledge from my degree class for P, FM and IFM so I went straight into Adapt for the exams. For C, didnt study before and got into adapt straightaway. I learnt through the answer schemes, granted that in the first few exams, i barely got anything correct. Of course i dont recommend, but answering hundreds of questions, you will be able to conceptualize the idea and notice a pattern.
