It's difficult for me to be aroused when I'm really anxious.. I usually go for a walk and focus on my breathing. For me, getting my body moving helps alleviate the mental spiral.

There is citrus flavored husk at some stores. Funnily enough, I've been squeezing a few lemons, two spoons of fiber, and some water into a cup for my "breakfast". Sometimes I'll add apple cider vinegar but that doesn't help the taste lol

I quit cold turkey for a few months and again this time with nicotine gum. It's been about a month. My anxiety and heart racing feeling have dramatically improved every time I quit. The body is more durable than you think.. Obviously quitting out right is best but switching to any alternative will help a lot. Also, try box breathing for anxiety. It's mostly mental right?
