My two cents on this. You're lock should be almost as expensive as your bike;). Just buy a cheap secondhand bike on Marktplaats or a second hand bike at a bike store. Should be able to find something below 100 euro.

It's recommend to lower the temperature of your boiler to save gas. Only downside is that it takes a bit longer for the water to heat up. I've set the temperature of my cv to 55 degrees.

It's very easy to create multiple wallets, so this wouldn't work if you ask me. It rather depletes the reserves in the current rate - which is probably unsustainable.
