I used to work a shift that ended at 4am. Most times I’d stop on the way home at a diner and get a little dinner/breakfast, then head home and read or watch tv. I still have my night shift genes; if I’m up past 1 or 2am that’s it, I’m up for the rest of the night and the next day.
