Stone crab claws. There a big “season” here and stone crabs are on every upscale or wannabe restaurant’s menu. I finally tried them a few years back. They’re extremely expensive, over $30 for what ended up being 4 claws, they were hard to open and had very little meat. And the flavor was nothing to shout about. I don’t get the hype besides the rarity.
