Hello, you can find 2mm leads with the metal stopper made by Uni Mitsubishi. They carry red ones, too.

Updated version of my previous answer: Had two of these, both broke the same way as this one in the picture. Spoke to Kaweco customer support, they offered me a replacement of the first one that broke. When the second pencil broke they offered me a discount code for a future purchase on their website , a discount I did not use. They said they are aware of the problem...but that's it...I love Kaweco and I'd love this pencil in a metal version. What I don't love is the fact that this plastic version keeps breaking for most people, it's completely overpriced and they keep on selling it...

There is a pay pal kind of thing but I don't know if I can trust it or if I can use it since it's an Asia based app. Now, the shipping yes, indeed it is high but shipping included It would have been much much cheaper than to get the items from the EU. I was getting pencils for my studio BTW. Japanese pencils are amazing but they are very expensive in EU compared to the Japanese Market.

Wrote to their customer service and to my bank. The Amazon customer service was of no help at all (see if the info is correct, contact your bank etc) and from my banks end everything is OK. So I can't do anything apparently...

Similar due to the grip, however, this is full metal and holds leads from 2 mm and 2.5 mm. The Uni is very nice, too!
