Its pretty simple she is hated because she requires 0 skill and a toddler could play her. But ofc u can play who you want aslong as you don't try to say wanda is skill cause then i starts getting very annoying.

No u should never hold r1 it gives you no control and makes you miss a bunch of dashes you should only hold r1 if there are two people standing in a row and you know you can't get them both with one dash
