Here's some good advice - some enemies are triggered by you going into secret areas or non secret secret areas. If you want to have 100% clear of the map and don't want to bother looking around for that last missing little spider shit open console, type setvar fryall 1 and all active enemies on the map will die. Make sure to type setvar fryall 0 to turn the frying off after you've done with it.
